摘要
电动座椅作为汽车上不可缺少的一部分,随着时代的发展,汽车的电动座椅正变得越来越智能化。各个品牌已经出现了各种各样的机构形式。因此研究者通过对升降机构的研究,在传统拖载式升降机构的基础上,在交通载具处于正面100%重叠刚性屏障碰撞的条件下,提出一种能主动移动的可升降电动座椅设计。通过使用撞击传感器、车速传感器、测距雷达、加速度传感器、座椅传感器、不间断地向ECU发射此信号,ECU记录收集到的信号等待调用。该电动座椅能减少人体与发生碰撞区域的接触面积,通过减少发生接触面积的方式来减少人体对于冲击载荷的吸收,创造碰撞安全区,减少碰撞对人体的伤害。
As an indispensable part of the car,electric seat is becoming more and more intelligent with the development of the times.Various brands have appeared in various forms of organization.Therefore,through the research on the lifting mechanism,based on the traditional towed lifting mechanism,under the condition of 100%overlap rigid barrier collision,the researcher proposes a design of lifting electric seat which can move actively and increase the safety space of front passengers.By using the impact sensor,speed sensor,ranging radar,acceleration sensor,seat sensor,this signal is continuously transmitted to the ECU,and the ECU records the collected signal and waits for calling.The electric seat can reduce the contact area between the human body and the collision area,reduce the absorption of the human body for the impact load by reducing the contact area,and create a collision safety zone.
