层次分析法在确定麻醉护理专业学位硕士核心能力评价指标权重中的应用

Application of analytic hierarchy process on determination of the weights of evaluation indicators for core competence of master of nursing specialist in anesthesia

目的运用层次分析法(AHP)确定麻醉护理专业学位硕士核心能力评价指标的权重。方法在采用德尔菲法(Delphi)确立麻醉护理专业学位硕士核心能力评价指标体系的基础上,建立递阶层次结构模型,构造两两比较判断矩阵并进行一致性检验,计算被比较要素相对于上层某要素的相对权重、各层要素对总目标的总权重。结果临床麻醉护理实践、临床研究、职业素养、沟通合作、领导力与管理、教育与指导6个一级指标的权重值分别为0.2756、0.2188、0.1547、0.1547、0.0868、0.1094,一级指标CI=0.0432,CR=0.0343,各项二级指标CI和CR值均<0.01,层次单排序和层次总排序结果具有满意的一致性。结论本研究应用AHP确定麻醉护理专业学位硕士核心能力评价指标的权重,各指标权重客观地反映其在麻醉护理专业学位硕士核心能力构成中的相对重要性,可为麻醉护理专业学位硕士教育教学实践、精准把握教学内容及重点提供参考。

Objective To discuss the application of analytic hierarchy process in the determination of the weights of the primary and secondary indicators for core competence of master of nursing specialist in anesthesia.Methods On the basis of using the Delphi method to construct the evaluation index system for core competence of master of nursing specialist in anesthesia,develop a hierarchical framework,construct a pairwise comparison matrix,perform the consistency checks of the matrices by computing the consistency ratio,synthesizing the pairwise comparison,perform the consistency analysis,develop overall priority ranking.Results The weights for 6 first level indicators including clinical nurse anesthesia practice,clinical scientific research,professionalism,communication and collaboration,leadership and management,education and guidance were 0.2756,0.2188,0.1547,0.1547,0.0868,0.1094.The consistency index(CI)consistency ratio(CR)for each secondary indicator were found to be smaller than 0.10.The single-sort and overall sort of all indicators had high degree of consistency.Conclusion This study applies the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of indicators for core competence of master of nursing specialist in anesthesia.The weight of each indicator objectively reflects its relative importance.The study results are objective and credible,which can provide reference for the education teaching practice of master of nursing specialist in anesthesia and precisely grasp of teaching content and key points.
