摘要
针对某压力容器对内部微量水分的高标准要求,通过清洁、干燥、脱脂、置换等多工艺对比试验对比分析,采用露点法检测,达到露点温度为-80.0℃,水分体积分数含量为0.55PPmv。
In view of the high standard requirements of a pressure vessel for internal trace moisture,through comparative analysis of multi-process comparative tests such as cleaning,drying,degrease and displacement,the dew-point method was adopted to detect the dew-point temperature at-80.0℃ and the moisture volume fraction content at 0.55PPmv.
