The equipment "reboiler of the second dealcoholization tower" made for XX company was bumped during the user’s installation,resulting in the collapse of the middle part of the shell side cylinder.According to the on-site measurement of our company’s technical personnel,the original cylinder section is deformed greatly and cannot be restored.After analysis,it is decided to replace the defective parts with the same steel plate rolled shell side cylinder section.A detailed repair scheme is formulated and confirmed by the user and the design institute.At the same time,it is reported to the Boiler Inspection Institute for on-site repair supervision and inspection.In the process of repair,the requirements of the scheme shall be strictly followed,and the repaired parts shall reach the qualified level to ensure the timely start-up of users.This paper introduces the repair plan of the equipment in detail,and summarizes the matters needing attention in repair.
