摘要
随着LNG清洁能源的大发展,LNG接收站的外输方式通常分为气态管道与槽车液态外输两种方式。由于受通行限制,作为装车橇的维护结构,装车棚通常为通透形式,同时考虑外输规模及节省用地要求,现多进行一岛双橇布置,给结构设计带来一定困难。尤其对于大跨度柱子稳定性、抗震设计及超长构件节点设计需重点关注。本文以天津南疆港某槽车扩建项目一岛双橇为例,简述其结构设计要点。
With the great development of LNG clean energy,LNG receiving station is usually divided into gas pipeline and tanker liquid transportation two ways.Due to access restrictions,As the maintenance structure of loading sled,the loading shed is usually in the form of transparent and considering the scale of transportation and the requirement of saving land,it is difficult to design the structure with one island and two skids,especially for the stability of long-span columns,seismic design and the design of super-long member joints need to focus attention.This paper gives a brief account of the key points of the structural design of one island and two sledges in a tank wagon expansion project in the south of Tianjin.
