摘要
为研究探讨水合物冻堵防控措施,结合OLGA水合物动力学模型CSMHykV2.0对某凝析气集输管道内的水合物生成及变化规律进行了模拟。利用ParametricStudies敏感性分析,以过冷度为标准,研究了抑制剂的最佳注入量。通过对比不同工况,发现入口流量和出口压力均会影响水合物的生成:入口流量越大、出口压力越小,越晚进入水合物区,水合物浆液的黏性比越小,发生阻塞的概率也较小。研究结果可初步探索软件模拟在水合物浆液流动保障中进行应用,为类似管道运行中的安全操作提供理论依据和实际参考。
In order to further explore the prevention and control measures of hydrate freeze blocking,the formation and changing rules of hydrate in a condensate gas gathering and transportation pipeline are simulated in combination with the OLGA hydrate kinetic model CSMHyk V2.0.The optimum injec-tion volume for inhibitors is studied by using the sensitivity analysis of Parametric Studies with super-cooling degree as the standard.By comparing different working conditions,it is found that both inlet flow rate and outlet pressure can affect the formation of hydrate.The greater the inlet flow rate,the smaller the outlet pressure,and the later it enters the hydrate area,the smaller the viscosity ratio of hy-drate slurry,and the smaller the probability of blocking.The results of this study can be used to prelimi-narily explore the application of software simulation in hydrate slurry flow guarantee,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the safe operation of similar pipelines.
