污水站个性化反冲洗技术研究与应用 被引量:5

摘要 随着三采开发的不断深入,油田污水成分日趋复杂,处理难度日益增大。成分复杂的污水进入过滤系统造成滤料污染严重,而“一站一参数”的自动化反冲洗工艺无法根据单个滤罐的滤料污染情况调整反冲洗参数,难以保证滤料再生效果。为此,结合生产实际,对杏二十五联深度污水站有问题的滤罐开展过滤罐个性化反冲洗技术研究,通过更改PLC控制系统实现反冲洗程序的“一罐一参数”优化。该站2#、4#、10#过滤罐实施个性化反冲洗后,出水水质逐渐好转,单罐除油率、除悬率均提高20%以上,反冲洗曲线平稳。该项技术对于提高油田污水站反冲洗效果,延长滤料使用寿命具有重要意义。 With the development of the tertiary recovery,the composition of oilfield sewage becomes more and more complex,which leads to the difficulty of treatment.The sewage water entering into the filtration system will cause serious pollution to the filter material,however,the“one water station one parameter”automatic backwashing process is impossible to adjust the backwashing parameters ac-cording to the filter materials pollution of a single filter tank,so it is difficult to improve the regenera-tion effect of the filter material.Therefore,combined with the actual production situation,a personal-ized backwashing technology is carried out for the filter tanks which are polluted in Xing 25 combined deep sewage station,and the“one tank one parameter”optimization of backwashing program is real-ized by changing the PLC control system.After individually backwashing the 2#,4#and 10#filter tanks in the station,the effluent quality has gradually improved,the oil removal rate and suspended substance removal rate of a single tank have increased by more than 20%,and the backwashing curve has become stable.This technology is of great significance to improve the backwashing effect and prolong the service life of filter material.
