摘要 高校通识课程是课程思政的理想载体,通识教育与课程思政的有效结合是落实立德树人根本任务的良好举措。以通识课程“中国传统食品的现代加工”为例,探寻课程思政视域下的课堂教学的设计思路、实施方法和建设路径,以期为全面全方位育人做出有益探索,为深化通识课程思政教育教学改革提供一定的参考价值。 General education in colleges and universities is the ideal carrier of curriculum ideology and politics.The effective combination of general education and curriculum ideology and politics is a good measure to carry out the fundamental task of moral education and human education.Taking the general education course the Modern Processing of Traditional Chinese Food as an example,this paper explored the design ideas,implementation methods and construction paths of classroom teaching from the perspective of ideological and political education,in order to make beneficial exploration for all-round education and provided certain reference value for deepening the reform of ideological and political education in general education.
