Exploration into the Cultivation of Professionals of Food Quality and Safety in Local Applied Universities Based on Social Needs

摘要 人们对食品安全的重视程度越来越高,社会对食品质量与安全专业人才的需求也在不断变化。通过分析食品质量与安全专业的发展现状,指出应用型本科院校转型发展中人才培养存在的问题与挑战,着重提出根据社会需求优化人才培养的几点建议,希望通过明确培养目标、完善课程体系、创新教学手段、拓宽实践平台、强化教师队伍等具体措施,培养满足社会需求的复合型食品安全专业人才。 As more attention has been payed to food safety,the demand for professionals of food quality and safety is also changing.We discussed the developments of the major of food quality and safety,pointed out some challenges in the professional cultivation,and gave some suggestions according to social needs.These suggestions included clarifying the training objectives,improving the curriculum system,innovating the teaching methods,broadening the practical platform,and strengthening the teaching team.We hoped to cultivate comprehensive professionals of food quality and safety that could meet social needs through these approaches.
