基于分时缓存概念的物流模式应用研究

Research on Application of Logistics Mode Based on the Concept of Time-sharing Cache

商用车厂外物流分为主机厂取货模式、供应商自送模式、调达物流服务模式以及物流联盟模式;商用车厂内物流分为主机厂自营模式和3PL物流专营模式,商用车厂外和厂内不同物流模式组合在不同供应链环境下优劣各异。结合东风柳汽商用车供应商自主送货模式和主机厂自营模式的双重优势,重点研究了基于分时缓存概念的东风柳汽商用车物流模式规划实现的关键过程,并分析了分时缓存概念在东风柳汽商用车物流模式中应用的可行性及有效性,该应用研究成果可为国内商用车规划分时概念物流模式提供参考意义和借鉴价值。

The logistics outside commercial vehicle factory is divided into the modes of receiving goods from main engine factory,self-delivery from the suppliers,logistics service of Tiaoda and logistics alliance,that inside factory is divided into the modes of self-operation of main engine factory and 3PL carrier specialized in logistics,and different combinations of off-site and in-site logistics modes have different advantages and disadvantages in different supply chain conditions.Based on the advantages of self-delivery mode of Dongfeng Liuzhou commercial vehicle supplier and self-operation mode of main engine factory,this paper focuses on the key process of planning and realizing Dongfeng Liuzhou commercial vehicle logistics mode based on the concept of time-sharing cache,the feasibility and effectiveness of applying the concept of time-sharing cache in Dongfeng Liuzhou automobile commercial vehicle logistics mode are analyzed,and the results can be used as a reference for domestic commercial vehicle planning time-sharing concept logistics mode.
