考虑消费者绿色偏好和回收品质量的闭环供应链生产决策研究

Research on Production Decision of Closed-loop Supply Chain Considering Consumer s Green Preference and Quality of Recycled Product

基于消费者绿色偏好、废旧品回收质量不确定的情形,运用Stackelberg博弈论方法研究政府参与下由制造商、零售商和第三方处理中心组成的再制造闭环供应链的最优定价和绿色度以及质量价值系数的决策问题,并分析了绿色偏好,绿色投资以及质量成本对于产品价格和利润的影响。研究表明,随着消费者绿色偏好的增加,产品绿色度、供应链企业的利润会相应地提高。此外,当质量成本系数不断增加时,产品的回收价格、质量价值系数、供应链企业的利润会随之增加。最后用数值算例验证了绿色偏好和回收质量对企业利润的影响。

Based on consumers green preference and the uncertainty of the recycling quality of waste products,the Stackelberg game theory is used to study the optimal pricing,green degree and quality value coefficient of remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain composed of manufacturers,retailers and third-party processing centers with government participation.The influence of green preference,green investment and quality cost on product price and profit is analyzed.The results show that with the increase of consumers green preference,the retail price,green degree and the profit of supply chain enterprises will increase accordingly.In addition,when the quality cost coefficient increases,the recovery price of products,the quality value coefficient and the profit of supply chain enterprises will increase at the same time.Finally,numerical examples are used to verify the impact of green preference and recycling quality on corporate profits.
