精细化管理理念在民用航空飞机维修管理中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了对精细化管理理念在民用航空飞机维修管理中的应用进行研究,首先基于文献分析法分析相关资料,在精细化管理理念这个设定下,对民用航空飞机维修管理中的应用进行阐述。然后对精细化管理理念做一个基础的论述,指出航空飞机维修精细化主要有三个方面:标准化、量化、协同化,并给出了基于精细化管理下的民航飞机维修流程。同时不忘记运用6S理论实现精细化民航飞机维修管理,结合戴明环对六个管理基本方向进行具体说明。结合以上内容,指出在精细化管理前,民航飞机整体维修和辅助动力装置维修中的缺点,并根据上面给出的相关理论进行应用前后对比实验。研究结果表明,精细化管理理念应用以后,维修时间比之前缩短1天以上。同时,辅助动力流程间的距离减少了572米。最终基于应用结果,证明通过文中的研究能够给精细化理念在民航飞机维修中的应用带来积极结果。 In order to study the application of fine management concept in civil aviation aircraft maintenance management,the relevant literature is analyzed and the application of fine management concept in civil aviation aircraft maintenance management is expounded.The simple explanation for the fine management concept points out that there are three main aspects of aviation aircraft maintenance refinement,which are standardization,quantification and coordination.And the maintenance process of civil aviation aircraft based on fine management is addressed afterwards.The fine civil aviation aircraft maintenance management is realized based on 6S theory,together with Dai Minghuan’s elaboration on the six basic directions of management.To sum up,the shortcomings in overall maintenance of civil aviation aircraft and auxiliary power plant maintenance are analyzed before introducing fine management concept.The contrast before and after the application of the concept is conducted according to the relevant theory given above.The results show that the time spent on the maintenance is more than 1 day shorter than that before adopting fine management concept and the distance between auxiliary power flows is shortened by 572 meters.Finally,the positive effect of fine management concept on civil aviation aircraft maintenance is summarized.
