职业教育1+X证书制度试点工作的实践与思考——以山西职业技术学院物流管理专业为例

Practice and Reflection on the Pilot Work of 1+X Certificate System in Vocational Education——Taking Logistics Management Major of Shanxi Vocational and Technical College as an Example

《国家职业教育改革实施方案》中明确提出“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”(简称“1+X证书”)制度。基于职教育1+X证书制度试点工作的政策背景,探索和分析物流管理1+X证书制度实施过程中所存在的问题,并针对证书制度与本专业相融合提出解决建议,从而促进物流管理专业建设,提高学生的职业素养和专业技能,提升物流管理人才的培养质量,增强学生的就业创业能力。

The National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan clearly puts forward the“academic certificate+some vocational skills certificates”(referred to as“1+X certificate”)system.Based on the policy background of the pilot work of 1+X certificate system in vocational education,this paper explores and analyzes the problems existing in the implementation of 1+X certificate system in logistics management,so as to promote the construction of logistics management specialty,improve students professional quality and skills and the training quality of logistics management talents,and enhance students ability of employment and entrepreneurship.
