摘要
随着MOOC在世界范围内不断推广,MOOC教学研究逐渐成为全球高等教育领域的热点问题。对其教学过程和教学效果进行综合评价和分析,并建立一套行之有效的评价指标体系,是推进MOOC教学质量提升的重要问题。当前学者们针对MOOC教学的研究较为笼统,多集中于理论框架和模式研究等宏观层面,尚未针对具体的MOOC教学实施过程,因此,非常有必要从MOOC教学实践角度展开具体分析,并辅以实证研究。柯氏模型主要用于对学员和培训结果的评估,缺乏对培训过程和学员反馈等方面的有效评价,因此,针对MOOC教学的不同阶段,引入柯氏模型,针对MOOC教学的课前投入、教学过程、教学反馈和教学结果四阶段提出一套科学合理的评价指标体系,包括4个一级指标,12个二级指标以及87个三级指标。同时,以财经类高校为例,应用该评价指标体系来分析MOOC教学实践效果,从教师和学生两个不同主体来评析MOOC教学的实施过程,并分析MOOC教学面临的问题和挑战,提出对策建议。
With the widespread promotion of MOOC,MOOC teaching research has gradually become a hot topic in the field of higher education.It remains a significant issue to improve MOOC teaching quality through evaluating the teaching process and effect and establishing an effective evaluation index system.The present studies about MOOC teaching are relatively general,focusing on theoretical framework,teaching modes and other macroscopic aspects.Few studies have targeted at the specific implementation process of MOOC teaching.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out specific analysis about empirical research of MOOC teaching quality.The Kirkpatrick model is mainly used for evaluating trainees and training results,and lacks an effective evaluation for the training process and feedback from trainees.This paper aims to apply the Kirkpatrick model to evaluate MOOC teaching at different stages and builds a set of index system targeting at four stages of the input before course,the teaching process,teaching feedback and teaching results,including 4 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 87 third-level indicators.Meanwhile,taking the case study of financial universities,this paper applies this index system to evaluate the teaching quality of MOOC from the perspectives of teachers and students,analyzes the challenges of MOOC teaching and concludes with major findings and policy suggestions.
