基于应用型人才培养目标的本科实践教学管理研究

实践教学管理研究对于提高教学质量、保证人才培养目标的实现具有直接作用。本文通过深度分析以应用型人才培养为目标的本科实践教学管理现状和问题,提出实践教学管理对策,即1个管理目标、6个基本原则和6项改进方法与措施,对优化、完善应用型专业的实践教学管理具有重要的参考意义。

The research on practical teaching management plays a direct role in improving teaching quality and ensuring the realization of talent training objectives.Through in-depth analysis of the current situation and problems of undergraduate practical teaching management aiming at the cultivation of applied talents,this paper puts forward practical teaching management countermeasures,namely one management goal,six basic principles and six improvement methods and measures,which has important reference significance for optimizing and perfecting the practical teaching management of applied majors.
