大型减压阀阀芯的加工工艺研究

Research on the Processing Technology of Large Pressure Reducing Valve Core

针对某大型减压阀阀芯零件产能不足的问题,对该阀芯结构进行分析,设计了新的夹具,并改进了加工工艺。生产实践表明,采用新的夹具和新的加工工艺后,阀芯加工效率提高了54%。该工艺不仅提高了企业闲置设备的利用率,而且新夹具在大型方料的生产应用中具有较高的推广价值。

Given the low production efficiency of the valve core parts of the pressure reducing valve,the structure of the valve core was analyzed,a new fixture was designed,and the processing technology was improved.The production practice shows:after adopting the new fixture and new processing technology the production efficiency of the valve core is increased by 54%;heutilization rate of idle equipment is improved;the designed fixture has the value of popularization in the production and application of clamping largesquare materials.
