摘要
培养适应制造行业未来发展需要的技术技能人才,对支撑我国实现制造强国具有重要意义。分析智能制造产业对技术技能人才在理想信念、工匠精神、精湛技艺、创新本领四个方面的新要求,明确人才培养定位与目标、优化人才培养体系与内容、创新人才培养路径与机制,以期培养出适应技术发展趋势和产业变革需求的智能制造技术技能人才。
It is of great significance to cultivate technical talents to meet the needs of the future development of manufacturing industry in order to help China become a manufacturing power.This paper analyzes new requirements of intelligent manufacturing towards technical talents in ideals,convictions,craftsmanship,technical sophistication and innovation.It also clarifies the target or objectives of talent cultivation,the system and content of optimizing talent cultivation,innovative talent cultivation paths and mechanism in the hope of producing intelligent manufacturing talents suitable for the industrial trend of development and reforms.
