摘要
综述中风、冠心病及心血管疾病总体发生风险与钠摄入量的关系的研究进展,并从试验设计、钠摄入量估计方法、膳食影响因素、人群特征等方面分析不同人群流行病学研究结果存在差异的原因,为控制钠摄入以降低心血管疾病风险提供科学依据。
This article reviewed the latest population-based evidence on the relationship between sodium intake and risk of stroke,coronary heart disease,and overall cardiovascular disease.Then analyzed the reasons for the differences in different epidemiological research results from the aspects of experimental design,sodium intake estimation methods,dietary factors,and population characteristics,to provide scientific basis for controlling sodium intake to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
