生态学视角下的创业型大学发展机制研究

Research on the Development Mechanism of Entrepreneurial Universities from the Perspective of Ecology

我国正处于从高等教育大国向高等教育强国跨越的战略转型期,本研究基于生态系统理论,提出嵌入创业教育功能的创业型大学分析框架。创业型大学包括大学环境、研究者、创业者、投资者等基本组成。知识资本化、人才创业化、资源社会化成为创业型大学的三大特征。创业教育是创业型大学不可或缺的组成部分,也是创业型大学实现人才创业化的主要渠道。创业型大学中建构着课堂空间、校园空间、社群空间等多重空间结构,通过这些空间开展着各种形式的创业教育。创业型大学的功能与特征,集中地反映在创业教育的活动中,实现了优势转化。

China is in a period of strategic transition from a big country of higher education to a strong country of that.Its higher education has entered the stage of popularization.Based on ecosystems theory,this paper proposes an analysis framework for entrepreneurial universities with the function of entrepreneurship education.An entrepreneurial university includes the basic components of university environment,researchers,entrepreneurs,and investors.The capitalization of knowledge,entrepreneurialization of talent and socialization of resource have become three characteristics of entrepreneurial universities.Entrepreneurship education is an inseparable part of an entrepreneurial university,as well as the main channel of the entrepreneurial university to realize talent entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurial universities have multiple spatial structures such as classroom space,campus space,and community space.Various forms of entrepreneurship education are carried out in these spaces.The functions and characteristics of entrepreneurial universities are reflected in the activities of entrepreneurship education and achieve the transformation of advantages.
