CA125和中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值在宫颈癌预后中的评估价值 被引量:3

摘要 近年来有证据表明,炎症在肿瘤的发生、发展和转移中有着重要的作用,并影响着肿瘤的预后[1]。中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)作为综合反映机体炎症状态的重要指标,术前NLR被认为是胃癌[2]、小细胞肺癌[3]的独立预后因素。研究报道CA125与NLR可以作为诊断上皮性卵巢癌的指标[4],并对上皮性卵巢癌的预后判断具有重要意义[5]。本实验通过检测宫颈癌患者术前CA125、NLR水平评估其与宫颈癌预后的关系,为宫颈癌的预后判断提供依据。
