车祸伤感染茄病镰刀菌复合群1例报道

摘要 1临床资料患者,女,25岁,因"车祸伤致左上肢骨折术后7天"入院。入院前7天,患者因车祸伤致"左上肢多处骨折",外院予以手术、抗感染及输血治疗。入院前1天发现术后创面部分皮瓣组织缺血坏死,无发热畏寒等,为进一步治疗,遂转入四川大学华西医院骨科就诊。入院诊断:(1)左侧上肢皮肤脱套伤清创术后皮瓣坏死伴感染;(2)左侧肘部关节开放性脱位复位外固定术后.
