外源水杨酸对NaCl胁迫下黄芩幼苗生长生理特性的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Exogenous Salicylic Acid on Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Scutellaria baicalensis Seedlings under NaCl Stress

摘要 对1年生黄芩幼苗进行0.5%NaCl胁迫,并通过根施不同浓度(0.05、0.10、0.15、0.20、0.25 g/L)的水杨酸进行处理,测定其相关生长、生理指标。结果表明:黄芩幼苗经过0.5%NaCl胁迫处理后,与蒸馏水对照相比,其植株的鲜重、株高,SOD、POD、CAT活性,以及叶绿素含量均下降,同时丙二醛含量显著上升;而在根施外源水杨酸后,与0.5%NaCl处理相比,黄芩幼苗的丙二醛含量显著降低,而其他指标均显著上升,且在SA 3(0.15 g/L SA)处理下均达到最大值。说明施用适宜浓度的外源水杨酸可以有效缓解黄芩幼苗所受的盐胁迫,且水杨酸处理的最佳浓度为0.15 g/L。 In order to study the effect of exogenous salicylic acid on the stress resistance of Scutellaria baicalensis seedlings,0.5%NaCl stress was applied to Scutellaria baicalensis seedlings,and different concentrations of(0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20 and 0.25 g/L)salicylic acid were applied to the roots to measure the growth and physiological indexes.The results showed that compared with distilled water,the fresh weight,plant height,SOD,POD,CAT activities and chlorophyll content of Scutellaria baicalensis seedlings under NaCl stress decreased,while MDA content increased significantly.However,compared with 0.5%NaCl treatment,MDA content of Scutellaria baicalensis seedlings decreased significantly,while other indexes increased significantly after applying exogenous salicylic acid,and the maximum value was reached under SA 3(0.15 g/L).The above results showed that exogenous salicylic acid of suitable concentration could effectively alleviate the salt stress injury of Scutellaria baicalensis seedlings,and the optimal concentration of salicylic acid was 0.15 g/L.
