植物源性食品中手性农药残留检测技术的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 手性农药存在一个或多个对映体,其空间构型不同,药效作用、降解时间、毒性大小等都有较大的差异,为更好地发挥农药的药效,最大程度地减小其对非靶向目标物的毒副作用,分析手性农药在植物源食品中残留状况有充分的必要性。目前,植物源食品中农药残留检测更多地关注某种农药残留的总量,这与法规的要求有关,当能够充分分析植物源食品中手性农药的残留量时,限量标准的指向性及检测方法的针对性势必引起重视。综述了植物源食品中手性农药残留检测技术的现状,目前应用得较多的检测方法有液相色谱法、气相色谱法、毛细管电泳法,毛细管电色谱法也会应用于手性农药的拆分,强超临界流体色谱和超高效合相色谱在手性农药分离方面也有应用研究,植物源食品中手性农药残留检测技术研究仍处于探索阶段。 Chiral pesticides have one or more enantiomers,and their spatial configuration,the pharmacodynamic action,degradation time,toxicity are different,so it is necessary to analyze the residue status of chiral pesticides in plant-derived foods in order to better play the efficacy of pesticides and minimize the side effects on non targeted targets.At present,more attention is paid to the total amount of certain pesticide residues in the detection of pesticide residues in plant-derived foods,which is related to the requirements of laws and regulations.When the chiral pesticide residues in plant-derived foods can be fully analyzed,the directivity of limit standards and the pertinence of detection methods are bound to attract attention.In this paper,the current situation of detection technology of chiral pesticide residues in plant-derived food was reviewed.At present,liquid chromatography,gas chromatography and capillary electrophoresis were widely used.Capillary electrochromatography was also used in the separation of chiral pesticides.Strong supercritical fluid chromatography and ultra high performance liquid chromatography were also applied in the separation of chiral pesticides.At present,the research of chiral pesticide residue detection technology is still in the exploratory stage.
