摘要 基于三阶段DEA模型,对四川省各市(州)2018年农业生产效率进行了研究。结果表明:通过SFA回归发展农林水事务支出、农村居民人均可支配收入、城镇化率以及工业化水平对投入指标均存在不同程度的影响;剔除环境因素和随机因素的影响后,四川省各市(州)的生产效率发生了显著性变化,各地区的农业生产效率在一定程度上受到了环境和随机因素的影响,存在着一定的提升空间;自贡市、攀枝花市以及绵阳市等地区农业生产未达到生产前沿面的主要原因是规模效率非DEA有效;泸州市、巴中市、广元市等地区农业生产未达到生产前沿的主要原因是纯技术效率非DEA有效。基于各地区不同的效率情况进行了有针对性的讨论,提出了推行规模化、集约化农业生产模式,加强农村土地流转,引入先进农业管理理念等对策建议。 Based on the three-stage DEA model,the agricultural production efficiency of cities and prefectures in Sichuan Province in 2018 was studied.The research results show that the development of agriculture,forestry and water affairs expenditures,rural residents’per capita disposable income,urbanization rate and industrialization level through SFA regression all have different degrees of impact on input indicators.After excluding the impact of environmental factors and random factors,the production efficiency of all cities and prefectures in Sichuan Province has undergone significant changes.The agricultural production efficiency of various regions has been affected by environmental and random factors to a certain extent,and there is room for improvement.The main reason why agricultural production in Zigong City,Panzhihua City,Mianyang City and other regions does not reach the forefront of production is that scale efficiency is not effective for DEA.The main reason why agricultural production in Luzhou,Bazhong,Guangyuan and other regions does not reach the forefront of production is that pure technical efficiency is not effective for DEA.Based on the different efficiency of each region,Targeted discussions were conducted,and some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward such as the implementation of large-scale,intensive agricultural production models,strengthening of rural land transfer and introduction of advanced agricultural management concepts.
