基于“双新”的学校课程规划:整体架构与编制策略

Research on the Overall Framework and Strategy of School Curriculum Planning--Based on the Implementation of New Curriculum Standard and New Textbook for High School

在普通高中新课程新教材实施的背景下,学校应秉持课程为学生终身发展奠基的课程观,以必修、选择性必修、选修作为学校课程的主要分类维度,依据普通高中课程方案,规范设置各学科必修课程学时,以课程模块作为选择性必修课程的基本单位,结合国家发展需要和国家战略,建立学校选修课程的动态管理机制,使选修课程布局从零散走向课程集群。在编制学校课程规划时,应合理把握学分之于课程实施方式的内涵差异,对综合实践活动课程,建立兼顾政策要求与课程实施操作的“学分—学时”对应关系,从课程建设、学分管理、生涯指导、教学资源建设、教学设施配备、教师专业发展等方面构建选课走班的保障与支持系统。

In the context of the implementation of the new curriculum standard and textbook for high school,schools should adhere to the concept that curriculum lays the foundation for students’lifelong development.Not only that,schools should take compulsory courses,selective compulsory courses and elective courses for the main classification dimensions of school courses,standardize the class hours of compulsory courses for each subject,take course module as the basic unit of selective compulsory courses,establish dynamic management mechanism of elective courses according to the needs of national development and national strategy,so as to achieve the layout of elective courses from scattered to subject cluster.Schools should grasp the differences of the intension of credit according to the differences of curriculum implementation mode while drawing up school curriculum planning.When constructing the corresponding relationship of“credit class hours”for comprehensive practical activity curriculum,policy requirements and curriculum implementation should be considered comprehensively.On the other hand,schools need to construct the guarantee and support system from the aspects of curriculum construction,credit management,career guidance,teaching resources construction,teaching facilities,teachers’professional development,so as to satisfy the personal needs of students.
