An Overview of Modern Uyghur Modal Expression——From Modal Words and Modifying Clauses to the Promotion of Discourse Function

情态作为语言人际意义的主要表达手段,是重要的语言潜势资源,更是人脑智能的重要体现形式。论文立足系统功能语言学人际元功能理论,围绕现代维吾尔语的情态表达,系统探究维吾尔语情态系统、人际意义与语篇功能,以期进一步扩展功能语法理论维度和丰富语言研究的实践意义。

As the most important way to realize the interpersonal metafunction of language,modality is a latent resource system of language and an important manifestation form of human brain intelligence.Based on the interpersonal metafunctional theory of systemic functional linguistics,this paper systematically explores the modal system,interpersonal meaning and discourse function of Uyghur language based on the modal expressions of modern Uyghur,with a view to further expanding the theoretical dimension of functional grammar and enriching the practical significance of language research.
