极端条件下石墨矿尾矿库溃坝对水库型水源地环境影响预测研究

摘要 为分析石墨矿开采与水源准保护区相关规定的相符性,通过水质取样、河流S-P模式、完全混合模式对极端条件下石墨矿选矿可能造成取水口水质变化进行了预测。结果表明,杨坝河及水源地水质现状较好,满足水源一级保护区的规定;选矿试验废水COD_(Cr)、石油类为Ⅴ类,总磷为劣Ⅴ类;选矿废水若在极端状况下进入杨坝河,多年平均流量情形下取水口总磷变为Ⅳ类,最枯月平均流量情形下取水口总磷变为Ⅴ类,石油类变为Ⅳ类。该石墨矿的开发可能严重影响城市饮用水水源水质,与水源保护区相关条例的规定不相符;建议尽快开展上移取水口的选址论证工作,长远解决南江县石墨矿资源开发面临的困境。 In order to analyze the compliance of graphite mining with relevant regulations for water source quasi-protection areas,water sampling,river S-P mode,and complete mixing mode are used to predict the possible changes in water quality of the water intake caused by graphite ore beneficiation under extreme conditions.The results show that the current water quality of Yangbahe River and the drinking water source is good and meets the requirements of the primary protected area of drinking water source.COD_(Cr),oil of the beneficiation test wastewater are five-class water standard,and the total phosphorus is inferior five-class water standard.If the beneficiation wastewater enters into the Yangbahe River at extreme conditions,the total phosphorus at the intake becomes four-class water standard under the condition of long-period average flow,the total phosphorus at the intake becomes five-class water and the oil becomes four-class water standard under the condition of the average minimum monthly flow.The development of the graphite mine may seriously affect the quality of urban drinking water sources,which is inconsistent with the relevant regulations of the water source protection area.It is recommended to carry out the site selection demonstration work for the upper water intake as soon as possible to solve the long-term problem of the development of graphite mine resources in Nanjiang County.
