便携式XRF仪在土壤重金属检测方面的应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 土壤污染物检测是实现土壤风险管控和修复的基础,以某尾矿库周边土壤为实验材料,使用便携式XRF仪对土壤中的重金属元素Cu,Ni,Cr,Zn,Pb进行快速检测,对比分析快速检测结果与实验室ICP-OES仪测定结果,探讨XRF仪快速测定重金属的影响因素的准确性,同时对其影响因素进行研究。研究结果显示,大部分元素XRF仪的测定值小于ICP-OES仪的测定值,XRF仪检测的准确度随着粒径和含水量的减少而增大。研究结果可为XRF仪的实际应用提供参考。 Soil pollutants detection is the basis of soil risk control and remediation.The portable X ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF)was used to detect the Cu,Ni,Cr,Zn,Pb of contaminated soil around a tailings reservoir.The accuracy of the determination of heavy metals in soil was studied by comparing the results of XRF and laboratory ICP-OES,and the influencing factors were also analyzed.The results showed that the XRF value of most elements was less than that of ICP-OES,and the accuracy of XRF detection increased with the decrease of particle size and water content of soils,which could provide references for the practical application of XRF.
