无锡市绿色发展评估研究

依据《江苏省绿色发展评估报告》,从资源消耗、环境损害和生态效益3个方面构建了无锡市绿色发展评估指标体系,采集可公开获取的统计数据,计算了无锡市2016—2019年的绿色发展综合指数。评估结果表明,无锡市绿色发展水平逐年提高,绿色发展综合指数已达到设定目标值的85.2%,但单位国土面积污染虚拟治理成本、空气质量达到二级标准以上天数比例、人均生态产品供给水平等指标还需进一步提升。

Based on the“Green Development Assessment Report of Jiangsu Province”,the green development evaluation index system of Wuxi City was constructed from three aspects of resource consumption,environmental damage and ecological benefit,and the comprehensive green development indexes of Wuxi City from 2016 to 2019 was calculated by collecting publicly available statistical data.The evaluation results show that the green development level of Wuxi has been improving year by year,and the green development comprehensive index has reached 85.2%of the set target value,but the virtual pollution control cost per unit land area,the proportion of days that the air quality has reached the level of secondary standard,and the supply level of ecological products per capita need to be further improved.
