Millimeter wave mechanical switches are widely used in various types of electronic systems that require high frequency signal routing and switching,particularly in automatic test systems.This paper firstly explains the working principle and compositions of the millimeter wave mechanical switch.Secondly,it introduces the test solution and test results of the amplitude and phase repeatability specification of mechanical switches.Finally,it explains the influence of temperature on this specification.
