摘要
设计了一种40mm椭球形药型罩,应用autodyn流固耦合算法。改变药型罩短轴长及药型罩厚度两个参量,保持其余设计参数不变,数值模拟及结算结果表明:药型罩轴向长度B与EFP长径比成正相关;药型罩厚度T与efp长径比成负相关。椭球型药型罩短轴长较短成型为短粗型EFP;短轴长较长时成型为大长径比EFP。为新结构聚能装药战斗部的研究提供理论依据。
A 40mm ellipsoidal liner was designed,and AUTODYN fluid structure coupling algorithm was applied.The results of numerical simulation and settlement show that the axial length B of liner is positively correlated with the length diameter ratio of EFP;There is a negative correlation between liner thickness T and EFP aspect ratio.The ellipsoid shaped liner has a short shaft length and is shaped into a short and thick EFP;When the length of the short shaft is longer,the EFP with large aspect ratio is formed.It provides a theoretical basis for the research of new shaped charge warhead.
