用排石方联合体外冲击波碎石疗法治疗肾结石的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of treating kidney stone with Pai Shi Fang and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy

目的:探讨用排石方联合体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)疗法治疗肾结石的疗效。方法:选取肾结石患者60例,将其按随机分组原则分为治疗组和对照组(30例/组)。对两组患者进行体外冲击波碎石治疗后,为对照组患者视病情需要进行常规对症治疗;在对照组患者治疗方案基础上,为治疗组患者加用排石方进行治疗。治疗14天后,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者治疗的总有效率(96.7%)高于对照组患者(73.3%)。治疗期间,两组患者均未发生明显的不良反应。结论:用排石方联合体外冲击波碎石疗法治疗肾结石可取得良好的效果,且安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Pai Shi Fang combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL)therapy on kidney stone.Methods:60 patients with kidney stones were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group(30 cases/group).Patients in the two groups were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,and patients in the control group were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment according to their conditions.On the basis of the treatment regimen for patients in the control group,the treatment group was treated with Pai Shi Fang.After 14 days of treatment,the therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group(96.7%)was higher than that in the control group(73.3%).During treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:The treatment of kidney stone with Pai Shi Fang combined with extra corporeal shock wave lithotripsy has good effect and high safety.
