用醒脑静治疗重型颅脑损伤的效果及对患者脑电活动的影响

摘要 目的:分析对重型颅脑损伤患者使用醒脑静进行治疗的效果及对其脑电活动的影响。方法:选取2017年9月至2020年5月期间南华大学附属南华医院收治的90例重型颅脑损伤患者作为研究对象。将这90例患者随机分为对照组(n=45)和试验组(n=45)。对两组患者均进行常规治疗,在此基础上,为试验组患者加用醒脑静进行治疗。然后,对比两组患者的临床疗效、格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)的评分及脑电活动的改善情况。结果:治疗后,与对照组患者相比,试验组患者治疗的总有效率及脑电活动的改善率均更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1周和治疗后2周,与对照组患者相比,试验组患者GCS的评分均更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对重型颅脑损伤患者使用醒脑静进行治疗的效果确切,可有效地改善其临床症状及神经功能。 Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of xingnaojing on patients with severe craniocerebral injury and its influence on brain electrical activity.Methods:A total of 90 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to Nanhua Hospital,University of South China from September 2017 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The 90 patients were randomly divided into control group(n=45)and experimental group(n=45).On the basis of routine treatment,patients in the experimental group were treated with Xingnaojing.Then,the clinical efficacy,Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score and improvement of brain electrical activity were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,compared with control group,the total effective rate and improvement rate of eeg activity in experimental group were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment,the GCS score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingnaojing is effective in the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and n eurological function.
