无人值守充电场站远程监控系统开发

摘要 针对无人值守充电场站,开发设计了基于STM32、远程数据库、VB界面的远程监控系统,系统主要由远程终端单元(RTU)、数据传输单元(DTU)、VB上位机监控程序及云服务器和数据库等组成.通过安装在充电桩内部的RTU对CAN总线数据进行实时监控分析,由DTU对数据进行汇总,并由上位机监控程序对数据进行处理、显示及上送云平台.实际安装了一套最小系统,实现了本地及远程对于充电桩的状态监控及异常报警. For unattended charging station,this paper designed a remote monitoring system based on STM32,remote database and a VB computer monitoring program.The system is mainly composed of monitoring unit(RTU),data acquisition unit(DTU),VB computer monitoring program,cloud server and database.The CAN bus data is monitored by RTU installed in the charging pile,and the data is summarized by DTU,and the data is processed,displayed and sent to the cloud platform by the monitoring program of the local computer.A set of minimum system is actually installed to realize the local and remote monitoring and abnormal alarm for the state of charging pile.
