高职电子信息类专业“精英班”人才培养研究与实践

Personnel Training Based on“Elite Class”of Electronic Information Specialty in Higher Vocational Education

分层培养是国内高职技术教育发展的一个重要趋势,高职电子信息类学生培养尤其适合采用“精英班”模式.研究针对高职电子信息类专业设计了一种基于“精英班”的人才培养模式,通过专业技术测试进行生源选拔,利用深圳职业技术学院纵深拓展专业机制进行学分置换,安排独立的教学场地、专用设备及独立的课程体系,并以竞赛作为学习效果的考核机制,自2017年以来进行了4年的实践,所培养的学生在学业成绩、竞赛获奖、就业薪酬及学习满意度等多方面都取得了较大的提高与进步,为高职电子信息类专业进行人才分层培养提供借鉴.

Hierarchical training is an important trend in the development of domestic technical education in higher vocational education.The training of Electronic Information students in higher vocational education is particularly suitable for adopting the“elite class”mode.In this research,we designed a personnel training mode base on“elite class”for higher vocational specialties in Electronic Information filed.The selection of students was based on their test results from the technical exam.We have designed a credit replacement system,arranged exclusive teaching place,installed specialized equipment and set up independent curriculum system.Finally,the learning effect was evaluated by the results of skill competition.It has been practiced for 4 years since 2017,and the students trained have achieved better academic performance,more competition awards,higher employment salary and greater learning satisfaction.It is of reference value for the hierachical training of electronic information majors in higher vocational schools.
