摘要
人口老龄化与稀缺的公共医疗资源之间的矛盾导致居家护理服务理念、模式的实行。居家护理能让有照护需求的患者在熟悉的环境中接受专业护理服务,使患者以达到疾病预防、健康促进的目的。目前,居家护理服务已在慢性伤口患者中逐渐应用及推广。本文就目前国内外居家护理服务的护士资质要求、服务模式及其在慢性伤口患者日常管理中的应用效果等方面进行综述,并立足于我国居家护理现状及问题提出相关建议。
The contradiction between the aging population and the scarce public medical resources leads to the implementation of the concept and model of home nursing service.Home nursing can allow patients with care needs to receive professional nursing services in a familiar environment,so that patients to achieve the purpose of disease prevention and health promotion.At present,home nursing service has been gradually applied and popularized in patients with chronic wounds.In this paper,the qualification requirements,service modes and application effects of home nursing service in the daily management of chronic wound patients at home and abroad were reviewed,and relevant suggestions were put forward based on the current situation and problems of home nursing in China.
