复方胰酶片在神经内科老年鼻饲患者中的应用效果

Application effect of Compound Pancreatin Tablets in elderly patients with nasal feeding in Neurology Department

目的分析复方胰酶片在神经内科老年鼻饲患者中的应用效果。方法选取宜春市人民医院神经内科2019年10月至2021年2月收治的94例老年鼻饲患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(47例)与研究组(47例)。对照组给予常规鼻饲,研究组在对照组的基础上加用复方胰酶片。观察两组的并发症(胃潴留、腹胀、误吸、腹泻、胃管阻塞)发生情况、治疗效果及营养状况。结果研究组的并发症总发生率为10.64%,低于对照组的27.66%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的总有效率为97.87%,高于对照组的82.98%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前的血清总蛋白(TP)、血红蛋白(HGB)、前白蛋白(PA)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后的TP、HGB、PAB水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后的TP、HGB、PAB水平高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经内科老年鼻饲患者应用复方胰酶片能有效降低留置胃管并发症风险,改善其营养状况。

Objective To analyze the application effect of Compound Pancreatin Tablet in elderly patients with nasal feeding in Neurology Department.Methods A total of 94 elderly patients with nasal feeding received from the Department of Neurology of Yichun People′s Hospital from October 2019 to February 2021 were selected,and they were divided into the control group(47 cases)and the study group(47 cases)by a random number table methods.The control group was given routine nasal feeding,and the study group was added with Compound Pancreatin Tablets on the basis of the control group.The incidence status of complications such as gastric retention,abdominal distention,aspiration,diarrhea,gastric tube obstruction,treatment efficiency and nutritional status of the two groups were observed.Results The total incidence rate of complication in the study group was 10.64%,which was lower than 27.66%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effectiveness rate in the study group was 97.87%,which was higher than 82.98%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of serum total protein(TP),hemoglobin(HGB)and prealbumin(PA)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TP,HGB,and PA in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of TP,HGB,and PA in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Compound Pancreatin Tablets in elderly patients with nasal feeding in the Department of Neurology can effectively reduce the risk of complications of indwelling gastric tube and improve their nutritional status.
