120例脑损伤合并发作间期痫样放电婴幼儿家长认知状况调查分析及干预研究

摘要 目的调查脑损伤合并发作间期痫样放电(IEDs)患儿家长对疾病相关知识的认知状况,并分析宣教干预工作对疾病掌握度及依从性的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月昆明市儿童医院就诊的120例脑损伤合并IEDs患儿家长作为研究对象,进行问卷调查,采用计算机随机抽样分为干预组(60例)和对照组(60例),对照组进行常规随访,干预组在常规随访的基础上增加宣传手册发放、开展家长培训、定期电话随访等方式进行干预。比较两组家长干预前后对脑损伤合并IEDs的认知度及治疗依从性。结果调查显示,干预前95%以上的家长并未掌握脑损伤合并IEDs的相关知识。干预后,干预组对疾病的各方面知识的掌握程度高于对照组,干预组的治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普遍家长对脑损伤合并IEDs的认知度较低,迫切需要开展相应的宣教干预工作。积极开展疾病健康宣教有助于提高家长对疾病的认知度,提高治疗的依从性,改善疾病的预后。 Objective To investigate the cognitive status of the parents of children with brain injury complicated with interpartic epileptiform discharge(IEDs)on the knowledge related to the disease,and to analyze the influence of education and intervention on the disease master and compliance.Methods A total of 120 parents of children with brain injury complicated with IEDs who visited Kunming Children′s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects,and questionnaires were conducted.The patients were divided into intervention group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases)by computer random sampling.The control group received routine follow-up,and the intervention group received intervention in the form of pamphlet distribution,parent training and regular telephone follow-up on the basis of routine follow-up.The cognition and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results The survey showed that more than 95%of parents did not grasp the relevant knowledge of brain injury with IEDs before intervention.After the intervention,the intervention group had a higher degree of knowledge of all aspects of the disease than the control group,and the treatment compliance of the intervention group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Parents generally have low awareness of brain injury combined with IEDs,and there is an urgent need to carry out corresponding publicity and education interventions.Actively carrying out disease health education can help raise parents′awareness of the disease,improve treatment compliance,and improve the prognosis of the disease.
