临床教学单元形式的教学查房在实习医师中的效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨临床教学单元(CTU)形式的教学查房在实习医师的效果研究。方法选取2020年1月至12月重庆医科大学附属儿童医院的160例实习医师为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各80例。观察组采用临床教学单元形式教学查房;为对照组采用传统教学查房。比较两组实习医师出科时的测评分数:包括临床思维能力评分、综合测评成绩及教学满意度得分。结果观察组临床思维的3个维度分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的合作情况,能力评估,学习态度分数高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。轮转结束时,观察组对教学方式、总体表现、自学能力、自己沟通能力、临床技能、自学能力等方面的满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CTU能显著提高实习医师的临床思维能力和综合能力,有效提升实习医师对教学方式和自身能力提高的满意度,值得在教学活动中应用推广。 Objective To explore the effect of teaching ward rounds in the form of clinical teaching unit(CTU)among interns.Methods A total of 160 interns in Children′s Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University from January to December 2020 were selected as research subjects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,80 cases in each group.The observation group adopted CTU form of teaching rounds,the control group underwent ward rounds with traditional teaching.The scores of clinical thinking ability,comprehensive evaluation scores and teaching satisfaction scores between the two groups were compared.Results The scores in the three dimensions of clinical thinking of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores cooperation,ability assessment and learning attitude of the observation group were higher than those of the control,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the end of the rotation,the satisfaction with teaching methods,overall performance,self-learning ability,their own communication ability,clinical skills,self-learning ability and other aspects of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CTU can significantly improve the clinical thinking ability and comprehensive ability of interns,and effectively improve the interns′satisfaction with the improvement of teaching methods and their own abilities,which is worthy of application and promotion in teaching activities.
