摘要
面对海量时序数据存在的采集、存储和监控压力,搭建CPS实时监控系统可以进一步帮助工业企业实现信息化转型。通过对时序数据的分析,首先给出CPS实时监控系统的总体架构,接下来介绍如何根据实际场景构建OPC UA模型实现数据协议转换,随后使用TDengine时序数据库和Grafana二次开发完成监控系统部署,测试结果表明该系统在时序数据读写方面的性能优秀。
Facing the pressure of massive time series data collection,storage and monitoring,building CPS real-time monitoring system can further help industrial enterprises to realize information transformation.Through the analysis of time series data,this paper first gives the overall architecture of CPS real-time monitoring system,then introduces how to build OPC UA model to realize data protocol conversion according to the actual scene,and then uses TDengine time series database and Grafana secondary development to complete the deployment of monitoring system.The test results show that the system has excellent performance in time series data reading and writing.
