摘要
为了加强车身侧围外板的抗凹性能,首先需要对抗凹试验在不同工况下车身侧围外板的变形数据进行分析,验证加强贴刚性对提升车身侧围外板的抗凹性能是否有明显效果。其次,通过计算机辅助工程(Computer Aided Engineering,CAE)和试验数据,探讨模型简化和实际工况对CAE精度的影响,建立准确的抗凹基础模型CAE模型。最后,以提高某车身侧围刚性为例,采用有限元软件优化侧围外板的形状和位置。结果显示,优化后侧围刚度两个最弱处分别提升了31.4%和8.9%。
This paper studies the effect of the Stiffeners on the dent performance of the side panels of body side outer panel.Firstly,the deformation data of the body side outer panel was obtained through the dent test on different work condition,verify that the Stiffeners have a significant effect on the rigidity improvement.Secondly,CAE and test benchmarking,the influence of model simplification and actual working conditions on CAE accuracy is discussed,and an accurate anti concave foundation model CAE model is established.Finally,take the example of improving the stiffness of body side outer panel,use finite element software to optimize the shape and position of the Stiffeners,after optimization,the weakest stiffness of body side outer panel was increased by 31.4%and 8.9%respectively.
