垃圾转运站垃圾渗滤液转运设备研发

摘要 垃圾转运站在运行过程中会产生渗滤液,若控制不当,渗滤液容易下渗至土壤,并随地表径流排放至管网,从而造成二次污染。为了解决上述问题,设计了一款经济高效垃圾渗滤液转运装置。该装置通过真空泵使真空罐中产生负压,可促使垃圾压缩车中的渗滤液由于负压作用流入真空罐,避免垃圾渗滤液的泄露。实践结果表明,该转运装置能够解决垃圾转运站渗滤液泄漏的问题,提高了垃圾转运站的自动化水平。 The leachate produced during the garbage operation of the refuse transfer station.If it is not properly controlled,it is easy to leachate into the soil and be discharged to the pipe network along with the surface runoff,causing secondary pollution.In order to solve the above problems,an economical and efficient landfill leachate transfer device is designed.The device creates negative pressure for vacuum tank through vacuum pump,forming pressure difference.The leachate from the garbage compression truck flowed into the vacuum tank due to the negative pressure,preventing the leachate from leaking.The operation results show that the leachate leakage in the refuse transfer station can be controlled and the automation level of the refuse transfer station can be improved.
