三代核电新燃料贮存格架安装风险分析

摘要 以国内某三代核电新燃料贮存格架为例,详细介绍其设计功能、结构、接口及安装要求,并以此为出发点,介绍新燃料贮存格架的安装施工过程,论证施工过程中的施工要点。结合核电站建设工程实际,分析新燃料贮存格架在安装过程中出现的问题及解决途径,提炼总结了其安装风险,并提出了规避措施,可为后续新燃料贮存格架的安装施工活动提供指导。 Taking a third generation nuclear power new fuel storage grid in China as an example,this paper introduces its design function,structure,interface and installation requirements in detail,introduces the installation and construction process of new fuel storage grid,and demonstrates the construction points in the construction process.Combined with the actual construction of nuclear power plant,the problems and solutions in the installation process of new fuel storage grid are analyzed.Finally,the installation risks are summarized and the avoidance measures are provided,which provides favorable guidance for the subsequent installation and construction activities of new fuel storage grid.
