摘要
在本文中,我们对3种相纸的静电残余现象进行了研究,古楼相纸表面电阻最低,电阻值为1.0E+8Ω,而日本三菱的表面电阻高达1.0E+11Ω~1.0E+12Ω,而当时乐凯产品的表面电阻为1.0E+9Ω~1.0E+11Ω。在应用过程中:古楼的产品最好使用,没有静电残留,没有推纸等现象;三菱的表面电阻最高,但产品印刷性能也稳定;乐凯产品表面电阻比三菱的低却存在静电残留和推纸的现象。同时,发现三菱和古楼的体积电阻率比乐凯的体积电阻率低一个数量级。由此,本文对印刷相纸的静电残留与纸基的关系建立了静电产生的模型进行了一些探讨。
Inthis article,electrostatic repulsion of three types of photo paperare investigated.It was found that the surface resistance of the Felix Schoeller's photo paperisthe lowest among the three.Mitsubishi's photo paperis 1.0E+11--1.0E+12Ω,while the surface resistance of luckyfilm'sproducts is1.0E+9--1.0E+11Ω.When come to application process:the performance of Felix Schoeller's products are best of all,without static residue andelectrostatic repulsionphenomenon.The surface resistance of Mitsubishi's photo paperis the highest among the three,the printing performance is also excellence.The surface resistance of luckyfilm's photo paperis significantly lowerthan Mitsubishi's,but luckyfilm's photo paperhas a serious static residueand electrostatic repulsion phenomenon.It was also found that the volume resistivity of Mitsubishi's and Felix Schoeller'sphoto paperwas one order of magnitude lower than that of Luckyfilm's.Therefore,the modelof static residue in photo paper is established,and some discussions are also made.
