摘要
高硅氧玻璃纤维/酚醛树脂复合材料的树脂含量对复合材料的性能具有重要影响,检测树脂含量的多种测试方法中,灼烧法是一种重要方法。本研究针对灼烧法,采用正交实验和方差分析法,研究烧失温度、烧失时间、预处理温度、预处理时间各因素,对高硅氧玻璃纤维/酚醛树脂复合材料的树脂含量测试的影响。测试结果表明:影响灼烧法的4个因素中,烧失温度对测定树脂含量的影响相当显著,烧失时间次之,预处理温度、预处理时间因素的影响不太显著,并验证了直观分析与方差分析结果的一致性。
Resin content of high silicone glass fiber/phenolic resin composites has significant influences on properties of composites.To detect the resin content of composites,burning samples is one of the most effective methods.This study is utilizing an orthogonal experiment and variance analysis and is focused on analyzing ignition loss factors of Resin Content of High Silicone Glass Fiber/Phenolic Resin Composites.Ignition loss factors includes burning temperature,burning duration,preheat temperature,preheat duration.As a conclusion of the experiments,among the 4 factors,burning temperature influences the resin content results most,burning duration takes the 2nd place,preheat temperature and preheat duration influence slightly.And the experiments also show that,visual analysis results comply with the results of analysis of variance.
