摘要 标准化测量的局限性、教师教育与评价的发展困境、对教师专业化问题的日益重视,以及最为核心且根本的——学生学业质量提升对优质师资的呼唤,促使教师表现性评价应运而生,并不断发展。教师表现性评价强调基于明确的标准,使用专业的判断,通过直接观察被评价者的反应表现来评价被评价者在真实情境中的技能运用和问题解决能力,并真实有效地促进学生学习。其结构要素包括表现目标、表现任务和评分规则3个部分。教师表现性评价具有一切行动基于指向促进学生学习的教师专业发展的突出特征,对于解决我国当前教师评价领域的问题具有重要的借鉴意义。 The limitations of standardized tests,the development dilemma of traditional teacher education and evaluation,the increasing attention to teacher professionalization,and the most core and fundamental thing—the call for high-quality teachers to improve the academic quality of students,have prompted teacher performance evaluation to emerge at the historic moment and develop continuously.Teacher performance assessment emphasizes on the use of professional judgment based on clear standards,through direct observation of the response of the evaluated to evaluate the ability to use skills and solve problems in real situations,and promote students'learning in a real and effective way.Its structural elements include three parts:performance objective,performance task and scoring rules.With the prominent characteristic that all actions are based on teacher professional development to promote students'learning,teacher performance assessment has important reference significance for solving the problems in the field of teacher evaluation in our country.
