摘要
文章立足于实践探索经验,运用人力资源管理理论,阐述了企业战略的实现对所属组织和个人绩效要求的差异性,分析了差异化绩效管理的原则,提出了考核目标差异化、考核方式差异化、考核过程差异化的差异化绩效管理实施路径,认为差异化绩效管理是助推企业战略和员工目标同步实现的有效管理工具。
This paper expounds the differences of performance requirements of affiliated organizations and individuals for the realization of enterprise strategy,analyzes the principles of differentiated performance management based on practical exploration experience and using human resource management theory,and puts forward the implementation path of differentiated performance management with differentiated assessment objectives,assessment methods and assessment process.It is regarded that differentiated performance management is an effective management tool to promote the synchronous realization of enterprise strategy and employee objectives.
