化工业作为中国重要的支柱型产业之一,与人们的日常生活以及社会生产活动有着紧密的联系,特别是随着社会经济的飞速发展,推动了化工项目工程规模和数量的增加,由于化工工程普遍具有复杂性和危险性较高等特点,无形中提升了化工项目工程管理工作的重要性。文章简单分析了化工项目的特点以及工程管理存在的问题,并对化工项目工程管理的优化对策进行了简单论述。

As one of the important pillar industries in China,chemical industry is closely related to people's daily life and social production activities,especially with the rapid development of social economy,it has promoted the increase of the scale and quantity of chemical engineering projects.Because chemical projects generally have the characteristics of high complexity and risk,the importance of chemical engineering project management is improved.This paper briefly analyzes the characteristics of chemical engineering project and the problems existing in engineering management,and briefly discusses the optimization countermeasures of chemical engineering project management.
