冷凝再热法烟气消白技术在氨法脱硫中应用 被引量:1

摘要 以4×160 t/h煤粉锅炉氨法脱硫烟气消白为例,论述了消白技术原理,及三种工艺路线优缺点,分析了喷淋冷凝+热风掺混消白技术改造运行效果及经济性。改造应用表明:采用喷淋冷凝+热风掺混路线全年均可消除白色烟羽,烟气经水洗喷淋冷却后温度由65℃下降至:4~10月份45℃,11月至次年3月43℃以下,热风加热掺混后烟气排放温度高于61℃,且可节约40%原水消耗。建议根据锅炉装置负荷、环境温度变化及时调整循环水、蒸汽消耗量,在满足消白效果的同时降低成本。 Taking 4×160 t/h pulverized coal boiler as an example,this paper discusses the principle of white elimination technology,and the advantages and disadvantages of three technological routes.The application shows that the white plume can be eliminated all year round by using the spray condensation+hot air mixing route,the temperature of flue gas decreased from 65℃to 45℃from April to October,and below 43℃from November to March of the next year.The temperature of flue gas discharge was higher than 61℃,and the consumption of raw water could be saved by 40%.It is suggested that the consumption of circulating water and steam should be adjusted according to the change of boiler load and ambient temperature to reduce the cost while satisfying the whitening effect.
