摘要
T区块地处厄瓜多尔奥连特盆地。基于区块地质特征及常用井身结构,大尺寸井眼段长约占单井井深80%以上。文章通过对该区块大尺寸井眼钻井作业难点进行分析,从优化钻头选型、合理使用底部钻具组合、优化钻进参数及防塌钻井液性能等方面着手,总结出一套适合该区块上部大尺寸井眼优快钻井配套技术。通过现场实践,该套技术有效提升区块机械钻速,钻井周期显著下降,单井成本明显降低,其也对在奥连特盆地其他油田钻探作业提速提效具有重要借鉴意义。
Block T is located in the Oriente Basin of Ecuador.Based on the geological characteristics of the block and the commonly used well structure,the length of large-size hole section accounts for more than 80%of the single well depth.Based on the analysis of drilling operation difficulties of large-size wells in this block,this paper summarizes a set of optimal fast drilling matching technology suitable for large-size wells in the upper part of this block from the aspects of optimizing bit selection,rational use of bottom hole assembly,optimizing drilling parameters and anti sloughing drilling fluid performance.Through the field practice,this set of technology can effectively improve the block ROP,significantly reduce the drilling cycle and single well cost,which also has important reference significance for the speed and efficiency of drilling operations in other oilfields in the Oriente Basin.
